STAVROS KATTAMIS

Mr. Stavros Kattamis is a Qualified Accountant, member of the Cyprus Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICPAC) and a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). He worked at PwC Cyprus from 1982 until his retirement in 2022. He was in charge of the Finance Function for 30 years, having the responsibility for all financial, accounting and tax functions for all companies in the group. Among other things, he was actively involved in the analysis, design and implementation of technology projects related to the functions for which he was responsible. Since 2018, he was also in charge of the Operations function, having the responsibility for the organization's infrastructure in matters of Health and Safety, Environmental Compliance and Business Continuity, including interalia, the introduction and implementation of various policies for the smooth operation and governance of the organization. He was a member of the Board of Directors of the Organization from 2005 until his retirement and participated in the Management Board from 2002 until 2021 where he participated in the discussion and decision-making process of the organization. Mr. Kattamis is currently acting as non-executive Director in private companies and he a founding member of the CFO Committee of ICPAC in which he has been Chairman since February 2023. He served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Cyprus Symphony Orchestra Foundation (CYSO) from November 2022 until January 2024.
